Daniel Freese

Daniel Freese is a Director in Real Estate Investment Banking with extensive experience in investment analysis and corporate advisory. They began their career as an Administrative Research Assistant and Data Analyst at the University of Iowa Public Policy Center from 2008 to 2011, before moving on to roles at AEGON, where they served as an Asset Management Intern and later as an Investment Analyst. Following their tenure at AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC, Daniel continued to grow professionally at JLL, taking on various roles including Analyst in Capital Markets and ultimately advancing to Vice President of M&A and Corporate Advisory. Daniel holds multiple Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Iowa and CIMBA, which they completed between 2007 and 2012.
