Daniel Pomfrett, FRICS, is the Americas Cost Management Lead at JLL, where they provide strategic direction and ensure collaboration within the project controls team. Previously, they held roles including Vice President at Cumming Group, where they oversaw projects across multiple sectors, and Head of Cost Planning at Lendlease, specializing in property and infrastructure. Daniel has extensive experience in cost consultancy and project management, including significant contributions to cultural, historical, and commercial projects internationally. Their earlier roles included positions at Davis Langdon and Holloway White Allom, focusing on both high-end refurbishments and large-scale developments.
