Danté Thomas

Danté Thomas is the Managing Director at JLL, specializing in affordable housing production. Previously, Danté served as Vice President in both Product Originations and Underwriting at Berkadia. Danté also held key positions at Fannie Mae as a Senior Asset Manager and Credit Risk Analyst, and was the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions at Housing Partnership Equity Trust. Danté's expertise encompasses real estate finance, structuring debt and equity investments, and managing a diverse portfolio of multifamily assets. Danté is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at Georgia State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development at The Johns Hopkins University.
