Darren Xia

Darren Xia is the Head of International Capital Markets at JLL, leading the team's efforts in North Asia with a focus on cross-border transactions. With over a decade of experience, Darren has successfully executed landmark deals, including the AUD$1.5 billion sale of the Circular Quay Office. Previously, Darren worked with Lend Lease, Westpac, and Australand, demonstrating expertise in Real Estate M&A and capital raising for diverse projects across North America and the Asia-Pacific region. Currently, Darren is pursuing an Executive MBA at INSEAD and Tsinghua University, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction Management and a Master's Degree in Finance at UNSW Australia.
