Dave MacDonald

Dave MacDonald is a seasoned commercial real estate professional currently serving as Managing Director at JLL in Detroit, where they focus on acquisitions and dispositions of office and industrial properties. With almost 30 years in the industry, Dave utilizes a strong background in finance and law, earned through a BA from Michigan State University and a JD from Wayne State University Law School. Prior to joining JLL in 2008 through a merger with The Staubach Company, Dave was a Principal at Staubach and played a key role in developing the commercial real estate venture at Plante Moran CRESA. They also served as JLL Co-Market Lead for Michigan from 2012 to 2015 and resumed this role in 2020.
