David Carlos

David Carlos is the Head of Nonprofit, Education & Government Practice and serves as Vice Chairman at JLL, where they lead a team focused on advising mission-based organizations on real estate portfolio optimization. Previously, they held senior roles at Savills North America, including Executive Managing Director and Vice Chair, and served as Managing Director at Savills Studley. David began their career as a Consultant at Landor and later became an Associate Director and Director of Brand Management at Studley Inc. They have been a Board Member for the Mamaroneck Union Free School District since 2023 and earned their degree from Cornell University from 1995 to 1999.
