David Evans

David Evans has over 30 years of experience in the property industry, currently serving as a Local Advisor at Hillarys since August 2017 and as a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) since August 2011. At JLL, David works within the rating team, focusing on mitigating client exposure to Business Rates. David's expertise spans a wide range of property types, including retail, office, and industrial premises, as well as unique valuations for properties such as water treatment works, libraries, schools, hotels, and public houses. Prior to JLL, David was a Senior Associate at King Sturge from March 2004 to July 2011.
