David Garvey

David Garvey, CPM, is a Global IFM Director at JLL, bringing extensive experience in real estate management across various sectors. Previously, they served as a Regional Manager at both Trammell Crow Company and CBRE, as well as a Senior Facilities Manager at Lincoln Harris and a Facility Manager/Broker at Lincoln Property Company. Garvey is adept at overseeing large expense and capital budgets while successfully leading teams within national and global portfolios. Currently pursuing a BBA with a double major in Marketing and Real Estate at Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, Garvey continues to excel in the industry.
