David Knee is the Vice Chairman at JLL, where they oversee the growth of the industrial practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. With over 30 years of experience in industrial real estate, David has completed transactions exceeding 100 million square feet, valued at several billion dollars. Prior to their current role, David served as Executive Managing Director at JLL after the acquisition of Klatskin Associates, where they were the Principal and President. They hold a Bachelor of Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Outside of work, David enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and exploring diverse cultures with family.
