David Pratt

David Pratt is a Director of Commercial Property Valuation at JLL, where they leverage their expertise in property valuation across all commercial sectors. Previously, they held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Crickmay, focusing on valuation and various aspects of property management. David possesses advanced technical skills, especially in Argus valuation software, and has acted as an intermediary between business and IT departments. They are also a volunteer steam locomotive fireman and a supporter of Movember. David earned a BSc (Hons) in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England.
