David Wait

David Wait is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in retail and shopping centre management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at JLL since October 2019, David has previously held the position of Centre Manager at The Galleries Shopping Centre in Bristol. Prior to that, David managed Serpentine Green Shopping Centre for British Land from September 2014 to September 2019. David's career includes roles such as Operations Manager at London Designer Outlet, where operations were established from a new build, and Centre Manager for Workman LLP, overseeing Manchester Fort and Croft Retail & Leisure Park. David also gained experience as Operations Manager at Springfield's Outlet Shopping, contributing to the start-up phase from new construction at KING STURGE MANAGEMENT.
