David Wallace

David Wallace is currently the Disputes and Claims Director for the PMC on a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With over 30 years of international experience in the fields of PMC, Contract Administration, Disputes, Claims, and Project Controls, David has held various roles, including Delay Analyst and Forensic Planner. They have previously worked with notable organizations such as Morgan Est, Hill International, and PwC Middle East, where they provided expert testimony in adjudication and arbitration cases. David earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Construction Law and International Arbitration from The Robert Gordon University.
