Dawn Flook

Dawn Flook is a strategic Global Director of Transition and Transformation with over 25 years of experience in delivering customer-centric strategies and large-scale efficiencies across various sectors worldwide, including property management, local and central government, utilities, and financial services. Dawn has held senior leadership roles in management consultancy and transformation, notably as a Global Transformation Portfolio Director at JLL, where they co-designed and led multi-year change initiatives across corporate functions. Previous positions include Director at Capita Transformation and Programme Delivery Manager at Birmingham City Council, where they contributed to Europe's largest local authority customer service transformation program. Dawn holds a degree in Business Management and Financial Management from Cheltenham University College and is an MSP Practitioner.
