Dawn Sutherland

Dawn Sutherland is currently a Senior Project Manager with JLL’s Project and Development Services group in the Carolinas, where they also serve as the Operations Manager for the Multi-Site team. Dawn is responsible for business development, client relationship management, and project delivery, focusing on interior build-outs, building renovations, new construction, and capital improvements. Previously, Dawn held roles such as Regional Team Manager at Principle, where they oversaw a 2400 site bank conversion project, and Construction Manager for CBRE, facilitating the implementation of AT&T's branding and design in new stores. With over 20 years of experience in project management and business development across various sectors, Dawn has a proven track record of success in competitive markets.
