Debra Dean

Debra Dean is an HR leader currently serving as the Head of HR for JLL UK & EMEA Capital Markets. With over 40 years of combined experience in strategic HR roles, they focus on business partnering and embedding diversity and inclusion at the core of organizational practices. Debra has previously held positions at companies such as EY, Unilever, and Kao UK, where they contributed to talent management and policy development. They hold an MA in Employment Strategy from the University of Greenwich and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies.
