Del Green has extensive experience in internal and digital communications, currently serving as the Internal Communications Channels Manager at JLL since December 2024. Prior to this role, Del held the position of Digital Channels Partner at Barclays from July 2023 to December 2024. Del's background also includes significant tenure at NHS Property Services Ltd, where roles included Digital Media Manager and Digital Communications Manager from June 2020 to July 2023. Additionally, Del spent nearly two decades at Bupa, where various roles encompassed Senior Digital Communications Manager, Social Business Manager, Internal Community Manager, Internal Communications Manager, and other member service positions from February 2000 to December 2019.
