Currently serving as the Director of Value and Risk Advisory at JLL, they have a proven track record in building processes and managing assets within the PropTech industry. Derek was a founding team member of Nomad, achieving substantial growth and a $25M Series A in just two years. Previously, they launched the Denver market for Opendoor, managing a portfolio exceeding $300 million and surpassing key metric goals. Their educational background includes a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Arizona.
