De'Von Williams is currently the Executive Director of Solutions Development at JLL, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Operations at C&W Services from 2016 to 2022. De'Von also has extensive experience in project management and operations, having worked at EMCOR Government Services and various other organizations. They earned their education at Howard University from 2000 to 2003. De'Von contributed to leadership development as the Co-chair of the Career Development initiative at Cushman & Wakefield from 2020 to 2022.
