Prior to this, Dion worked as a Facility Engineer, managing engineering needs for the BMW North America Regional Distribution Center. At Cushman & Wakefield, Dion excelled as Chief Engineer, leading a team of nine engineers at a large Citi Bank corporate call center. Dion's career began in the United States Navy, where leadership and training were provided in the maintenance of critical machinery.
