Divya Dayya is currently the Soft Services Lead for APAC at JLL, a position held since 2023. Previously, Divya served as a Senior Manager at JLL India from 2022 to 2023 and held various management roles, including Manager of Learning and Development at Cidade de Goa from 2005 to 2010, and Guest Services Manager at The Ascott Group from 2011 to 2012. Divya holds a three-year Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Mumbai, earned between 1997 and 2000.
