Doane Kelly

Doane Kelly is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Vice Chairman at JLL since May 2025, Doane previously held the position of Executive Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield, where oversight of a team of data scientists focused on the impact of location on talent retention and attraction informed key real estate decisions. Prior roles include Vice Chairman and Director at Savills, Executive Managing Director at Savills North America, and President at KLG Advisors, where leadership involved guiding teams in Location Strategy, Business Incentive Solutions, and Corporate Real Estate Advisory Services. Doane holds a B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
