Doug Opalka

Doug Opalka is a Senior Managing Director at JLL Capital Markets in Austin, TX, where they serve as the head debt producer and co-head of the Austin office. They are responsible for originating debt and equity investments on all commercial property types and negotiating investment acquisitions for clients. Prior to joining JLL in 2011, they were a partner at Texas Realty Capital and held the position of Assistant Vice President at GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Doug also worked as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Archon Group and has handled over $1 billion in real estate transactions. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and are an active member of The Real Estate Council of Austin.
