Douglas Carter

Douglas Carter, PMP, has extensive experience in project management spanning over a decade. At COMMSULT Group, Douglas held roles as Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager from April 2011 to November 2014. Subsequently, Douglas joined JLL, where contributions included serving as Associate Project Manager and Team Lead for the Truist Account from December 2014 to February 2016, followed by a promotion to Senior Project Manager for the same account from August 2020 to January 2024. Douglas holds a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (2012) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Communications from the State University of New York at Albany (2006-2008), as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Delhi (2003-2005).
