Dwayne Gruper

Dwayne Gruper is currently the Chief Engineer at JLL, where they oversee critical facilities in a major data center. With 18 years of experience as a porter at Bommarito Automotive Group, Dwayne transitioned to facilities maintenance at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where they developed skills in installing and troubleshooting industrial plant equipment. Dwayne’s technical foundations were further solidified through education in HVAC at Ranken Technical College. Since 2016, Dwayne has also served as a Senior Building Engineer at CBRE, ensuring the optimal condition of critical machinery.
