Dylan Koerner is an Associate Broker on JLL’s Northern Virginia Agency Leasing team, focusing on market dynamics. Dylan previously worked at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center from 2018 to 2023 as a Fast Food Team Member and briefly at Parts Unlimited in 2021 as a Warehouse Team Member, where they assisted in inventory management and customer deliveries. Dylan is set to serve as a Research Analyst at Cresa from 2024 to 2025 and has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from James Madison University.
