Eli Real

Eli Real is a seasoned professional in workplace experience management, currently serving as the Workplace Experience Programs Director for JLL, overseeing the Americas Portfolio, including the US, Canada, and Latin America. Previously, Eli held significant roles at InterContinental San Francisco, where they enhanced guest experiences as Hotel Manager on Duty and Assistant Director of Housekeeping, managing large teams and improving operational strategy. Eli began their career at Ayala Corporation as a Museum Guest Services Associate and briefly worked as a Guest Services Agent at Warwick Hotels and Resorts. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at Far Eastern University.
