Elizabeth Persaud

Elizabeth Persaud is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in recruitment and administrative support. From April 2019 to August 2021, Elizabeth worked as a Recruiter at Niche Recruitment, where responsibilities included assisting hiring managers with various recruitment activities and facilitating new employee orientations. Prior to that, from March 2016 to August 2021, Elizabeth held multiple roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., including Front End Supervisor and Cash Office Administrator, as well as Administrative Support Associate, which involved payroll administration and employee documentation. Recently, Elizabeth served as an HR Operations Specialist and HR Service Consultant at JLL in July and August 2024. Elizabeth holds an Honours degree in Human Resources Management from York University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
