Emily Komendera

Emily Komendera is the Director of Early Career Recruiting at JLL, where they excel in fostering relationships with candidates and internal partners. Previously, they served as Assistant Director at DePaul University's Kellstadt Career Management Center, coaching MBA and MS graduate business students on career strategies. Emily has also held roles such as Career Counselor at Roosevelt University and Career Coach Intern at the University of Michigan, where they advised numerous students on job searches and professional development. They have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from the University of Michigan and are pursuing a Master’s in Counseling from Oakland University.
