Enos Yip

Enos Yip has over eight years of experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as a Director at JLL since July 2015, where responsibilities include providing exclusive landlord representation and advising on corporate real estate strategies. Prior to this, Enos held the position of Manager within the same firm, focusing on office leasing advisory in Singapore. The professional journey began with a Graduate Programme at JLL, gaining exposure to various business lines across the real estate cycle. Additional internships include roles at Mapletree in Property Management, Samsung C&T Corporation in Research and Innovation, and KPMG as a Tax Compliance Officer. Enos holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Hons. in Project and Facilities Management from the National University of Singapore and studied Architectural Engineering at Hanyang University in 2013.
