Eric Davis

Eric Davis is currently the General Manager at JLL, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Eric worked as a Property Supervisor at Samitaur Constructs from 2016 to 2024 and as a Portfolio Supervisor for LBPM from 2012 to 2016, where they oversaw the management of over 375 multifamily units and commercial spaces. They also gained valuable experience as a Property Manager for Greystone Property Management and Sky Properties between 2007 and 2012. Eric's career began at the Los Angeles County Housing Authority, where they coordinated operations for over 300 units from 1997 to 2007. They hold a BA in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University, earned in 1995.
