Erin Siler is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience driving HR and talent strategies across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Americas Head of Human Resources for JLL since July 2017, Erin is responsible for overseeing HR initiatives for over 28,000 employees across the United States, Canada, and LATAM. Erin leads a team of 100 HR professionals and acts as an HR Business Partner to the Americas CEO and COO, focusing on talent development and organizational growth. Previous roles include Executive Director of Human Resources at JLL, Director of Human Resources at M Street Entertainment Group, and Senior Director of Human Resources at GENCO, where Erin managed HR functions for thousands of employees and supported strategic change initiatives. Erin holds a degree from The Ohio State University.
