Esti Cogger

Esti Cogger is a Senior Director at JLL, where they focus on integration, innovation, simplification, and enablement. They have extensive experience as a Client Side Project Director, working with government and corporate clients while leading high-performing teams and managing complex project deliveries. Esti previously worked as an Architect at PDT Architects and as a Project Manager for the Defence Contract at Brookfield Johnson Controls, among other roles. They hold a Bachelor of Architecture from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and are passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
