Ethan Strandberg

Ethan Strandberg is a passionate operations professional with a Master’s in Management from Temple University Japan. From 2012 to 2019, Ethan served as a Nuclear Mechanical Operator and Supervisor in the US Navy, leading a team to ensure optimal performance of nuclear propulsion plant operations and successfully completing complex maintenance projects. Currently, Ethan is a Lead Boiler Operator and Chief Engineer at JLL, where they oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and implement maintenance practices to minimize downtime. Ethan also holds a B.S. in Nuclear Technology from Excelsior College and has pursued additional studies in Chemistry and Japanese.
