Evan Margolin

Evan Margolin is a Vice Chairman at JLL, specializing in tenant representation for office space leasing, particularly for high-end, Class A tenants. Since joining JLL in 2022, Evan has continued to leverage extensive knowledge of the Midtown Manhattan marketplace, serving over 100 hedge funds and boutique financial services firms. Prior to this, Evan achieved rapid success at Savills North America, where they began their career in 2002 as an associate and became the fastest to reach the position of Vice Chairman. Evan's earlier experience includes co-founding HedgeFundSpaces.com and serving as a principal at State Wide Photocopy. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the State University of New York at Albany.
