Fernando Blanco

Fernando Blanco is an accomplished professional in architecture, customer experience, and program management. They served as an Arquitecto Proyectista at Puchetti Arquitectos from 2008 to 2011, followed by a role as Arquitecto Asesor at the Instituto Municipal de Vivienda y Hábitat-Alcaldía del Municipio Sucre from 2012 to 2013, focusing on urban design and public space development. From 2016 to 2020, they worked with Livit Design as both a Project Architect and Key Account Manager, managing projects and branding for clients in the food and hospitality sectors. Currently, they lead regional programs at JLL, overseeing corporate real estate projects across EMEA. Fernando is also advancing their education with a Master's in Project Management and Direction at EAE Business School.
