Fred Tian

Fred Tian is an experienced professional in industrial real estate brokerage, currently serving as Associate Director at Colliers International since May 2017. With a long tenure at JLL beginning in August 2011, Fred has held multiple roles including Manager, Senior Negotiator, Assistant Manager, and Negotiator, focusing on the Tianjin industrial real estate market. Responsibilities include site selection, investment, leasing transactions, and market studies to help clients reach their strategic and financial objectives. Prior to this, Fred worked as a Customer Coordinator at Maersk Logistics from August 2006 to March 2010. Fred Tian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tianjin University of Technology, completed in 2006.
