Gavan Gooch

Gavan Gooch is an accomplished real estate professional with significant experience in acquisitions and asset management. Currently serving as a Director at JLL since September 2021, Gavan previously held the position of Acquisitions and Special Projects at Skyline AI, where contributions included acquiring multifamily assets across the U.S. and facilitating a successful exit to JLL. Prior experience includes serving as an Acquisitions Analyst at Cortland, where Gavan underwrote and acquired multifamily assets in the Dallas metroplex, achieving a combined asset value of approximately $550 million across nine closed deals. Gavan's career began with internships at PGIM Real Estate and Virtus Real Estate Capital. Gavan holds a degree in Corporate Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
