Gemma Kendall

Gemma Kendall is currently the Head of Living Investment in International Capital Markets, EMEA at JLL. Previously, they served as the Head of Multifamily Investment at JLL and held roles in the Shopping Center Investment team at Jones Lang LaSalle, providing advisory services to investors in the German market. Gemma's early career included positions at Deutsche Bank and Atisreal, where they gained valuable experience in custody services and landlord-tenant relations. Gemma earned a BSc in International Business and German from Aston University and an MSc in Real Estate from Kingston University.
