Gene Flowers

Gene Flowers has extensive experience in facilities management and mechanical operations, highlighted by a successful tenure in the US Navy, where responsibilities included serving as a Navy Enlisted Canvasser Recruiter and Steam Propulsion Maintenance Supervisor. Following military service, Gene transitioned to Intel Corporation, advancing through roles such as Mechanical Facility OPS Manager and Senior Facilities Technician, with achievements including Maximo Level 4 Certification and certification as an HVAC instructor. Gene further expanded expertise at Emory University as HVACr & PM Shop Manager before taking on key management positions at JLL, overseeing multiple Amazon sort centers and currently managing maintenance operations as MCO2 Maintenance Manager. Education includes an Associate's Degree from the University of Phoenix, complemented by a foundation from Benedictine Military School.
