Gene Holsclaw

Gene Holsclaw is currently the Head of Functional Occupier Solutions, bringing extensive leadership experience in corporate real estate management. Previously, Gene served as SVP of Bank Real Estate Services at Countrywide, overseeing over 2,200 facilities, and played a key role in departmental reorganization and cost-saving initiatives. Gene has also held senior positions at Bank of America, where they managed a vast real estate portfolio and led significant consolidation efforts post-Countrywide's transition. Gene earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance from California State University-Northridge.
