Gowtham Narayan

Gowtham Narayan is the Senior Director of Transformation at JLL, specializing in operations model advisory. With a strong background as a management consultant and coach, Gowtham has successfully led major global improvement programs across various sectors, including manufacturing and insurance. Previously, they held positions at Gobeyond Partners as a Principal Consultant and at OEE Consulting as a Senior Consultant, driving transformative initiatives and coaching teams to sustain improvements. Gowtham earned an MBA from Cranfield University and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Amrita School of Engineering.
