Grant Emery

Grant Emery is currently involved in Agency CMBS Trading and Debt Valuations at JLL, where they serve as the sole research arm of the retail capital markets group and have recently expanded their coverage to the broader commercial real estate capital markets. Previously, Grant held positions as a Senior Research Analyst at JLL and as a Consultant in Strategy & Business Transformation at The Hackett Group. They also worked as an Associate in Risk Assurance at PwC. Grant holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Analytics from The University of Kansas and is a CFA Level 2 candidate.
