Hannah Knutson

Hannah Knutson, CPM, is a commercial real estate professional currently serving as the General Manager of the iconic KOIN Tower in Portland, Oregon. With nearly a decade of experience, they have built a robust network of industry professionals while leading high-performing teams and driving significant growth across their property portfolios. Hannah specializes in Class-A office and retail properties and has also worked with industrial and mixed-use assets for various institutional investors and REITs. In addition to their role at KOIN Tower, they actively contribute to the community as the Vice President of Member Services for their local IREM chapter and serve on the board of the Halprin Landscape Conservancy. Hannah holds multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance, Management, and Business Administration with an International Business option.
