Iain Ritchie MRICS is a seasoned professional in real estate valuation and risk management, currently serving as Global Director of Risk & Compliance at JLL since April 2023. Previously, as Head of Valuation - Director at Majid Al Futtaim from 2008 to December 2021, Iain managed a multi-billion dollar real estate asset portfolio, provided strategic advice, and led valuation validation processes. Other notable positions include Senior Manager of Investment & Valuation, and leadership roles at CBRE, where Iain oversaw bank valuations and international property valuations in the MENA region. Iain's early career began at Montagu Evans as a Graduate Surveyor. Iain holds a Bachelor of Land Economy in Urban Surveying and Planning from the University of Aberdeen.
