James Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and technology across multiple industries. Currently serving as Global Director of Business Intelligence & Technology at JLL since July 2018, James previously held senior roles at Conduent and Xerox. At Conduent, James was responsible for developing the enterprise business intelligence platform and establishing a center of excellence. During tenure at Xerox, James led client relationships for major financial services, managed operational performance, and directed program initiatives to drive profitability and service transformation. James holds an MSc in Technology Management and a BSc in Geography & Geology from The University of Manchester.
