James Davis

James Davis is the Director of JLL's Building Consultancy team based in the London city office, collaborating with various teams including capital markets and lease advisory. With over 35 years of experience, James has worked across commercial and educational sectors, both client-side and in private practice consultancies. Previously, they held positions such as Partner at Daniel Watney LLP and Director of Building Surveying at Savills. James began their career as a Graduate Building Surveyor and holds a BSc (Hon's) in Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
