James Malone

James Malone is a strategic commercial real estate advisor with 25 years of experience in brokerage leadership, agency leasing, tenant representation, corporate services, real estate development, and law. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at JLL and a board member of AAREP LA, James provides expertise in portfolio strategies, space acquisitions, and enhancing asset value for institutional owners. They previously held key roles at Brookfield Properties and Colliers International, leading significant leasing efforts and brokerage operations. James holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, and attended Pearce High School.
