Jared Cowley

Jared Cowley is a Vice President for JLL Capital Markets, specializing in investment sales. They earned an Honours Degree in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph and are currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in Real Property Valuation at the University of British Columbia. At JLL, Jared focuses on business development, financial underwriting, and transaction management, leveraging their detail-oriented approach to assist clients throughout the transaction cycle. With a strong ability to perform under pressure, they draw on extensive experience from trekking in the Himalayan and Rocky Mountains to hone their skills in perseverance and persistence. Prior to their current role, Jared held positions at Colliers and Marcus & Millichap.
