Jason Schmidt

Jason Schmidt is the Managing Director at JLL, where they have been since 2019. They began their real estate career in 1995 as Vice President of Development for Signature Equities, Inc., and later served as Director of Development for Pace Properties and Vice President at Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate. Before joining JLL, they were an Associate Director on the Capital Markets team at Cushman and Wakefield in Denver. Jason holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Drake University, an MBA from the same institution, and a Master's in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver. They are also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
