Jason Simon, SIOR, is an Executive Managing Director with extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. They previously served as a Vice President at JLL in Las Vegas, where they specialized in industrial project marketing, tenant/landlord representation, and investment sales, successfully executing over 1,500 lease and sale transactions worth more than $400 million. Before that, Jason was a Senior Associate at Gatski Commercial from 1999 to 2014. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
